The automatic bottling and packing integrated line FOUR-ONE GRC contains in one monoblock all the sections relating to each stage of container handling, filling, sealing and packaging.FOUR-ONE GRC can be handled manually by an operator who shall perform by the same position the loading of empty containers and the discharge of packed containers by placing them in and taking them from a conveyor belt that can be easily connected to an automatic secondary packaging line (cardboards - boxes - burdens). The filling integrated line can achieve maximum productivity of 900 bph, depending on the container capacity and the product characteristics and kind of packaging. Machinable containers range from 100 ml to 5 liters in glass, PET, PE and cylindrical and shaped cans. Structure: The filling integrated line FOUR-ONE GRC has a ring structure with 304 stainless steel consisting of folded sheets joined together, lattice assembled by bolts. Thus built the structure is inspectionable and easily cleanable in each single part. No point is hidden or difficult to reach by water jets. The structure feature allows to set up the integrated line according to customers’ needs by adding modular sections even after the first realization. The integrated bottling and packing line FOUR-ONE GRC has been conceived using modern concepts of hygenic design with particular attention to the use of food materials, resistant to chemicals such as detergents, sanitizers and sterilants. Feeding and bottles transfer: Containers are moved in the carousel by shaped porters in order to avoid the format change on cylindrical containers and to make it fast and easy on shaped containers. Positioning of containers next to working sections is ensured by a high-precision step-to-step system controlled by an inverter. Cylindrical format change is managed electronically on recipe. Rinsing/blowing/sterilizing section: The automatic bottling and packing integrated line FOUR-ONE GRC can adopt one or more sections of container handling with different technical characteristics and technologies according to needs of the product to be bottled. Electronic filling section: Next step in sequence consists of electronic volumetric filling that takes place through dosage groups (magnetic or massic flowmeters) with membrane type shutters, whose number varies according to required productvity. Product doses introduced in containers are set to PLC. The system FOUR-ONE GRC has been conceived to ensure both product organoleptic integrity during the filling phase and its ease of cleaning during sanitation and sterilization phases after work, thanks to a filling pipe system. The filling group is connected via pharmaceutical type tri-clamp and therefore completely removable and easy to inspection, all welds have been executed in a pressurized environment with technical gas in order to ensure maximum security in filling and sterilization. All of the used tubes are without longitudinal welds. Levelling section: When required, it is possible to add an automatic levelling group that allows, for containers with variable volume (glass bottles), to keep the filling level constant regardless of the volume of product placed. Sealing section: It is possible to insert in the machine a sealing station, able to apply on any plastic container a seal with airtight sealing that can highlight any tampering. Closing section: Container closing depends on packaging and kind of product, closure is performed with a capper that applies a pre-threaded capsule made of plastic, pressure or aluminum. For alcoholates, there may be added a capper for cork caps. Capping section: The labelling section can be provided both inbound as first operation where it occurs a difficulty in labelling application caused by condensation that would form at temperatures of bottled product that come close to thermal zero, or outbound in all other cases. The labelling group, for self adhesive labels, allows a label format change which is simple, quick and cheap. A thermal transfer overprinting group shall print on label the lot code and date. It is possible to insert a labelling section for application of a seal with “L” shape, both self-adhesive and with glue.
