Integrated packaging and filling group for milk and drinkable yogurt in glass and PET containers.
It is made entirely of stainless steel and FDA grade plastic.
Four-One group includes in a single structure all stations that perform individual steps of labelling, rinsing, filling, capping and capsuling (optional neck labelling).

Application of an adhesive label in front and back. The labelling group provides a simple and inexpensive format change. Labelling on empty containers allows you to avoid problems related to application of labels on damp areas caused by condensation, that is due to bottling of products at low temperatures. |

| The group is made of materials able to withstand use of detergents and sanitation and sterilization. In a basic configuration the group can develop an output between 300 and 1000 bph, depending on capacity of the containers and the type of wine or spirits handled.
An optional kit can make the machine fully automatic in feeding and unloading phases or easily manageable in spaces with the wheel kit. |
